Submit your apparel orders using the form below. You can then pay for and pick up your apparel at PJ Party on Saturday, December 6th at Palmer Commons. Orders must be submitted by Friday Nov. 21st at 5pm! If you have any questions or concerns please email umdm.apparel@umich.edu.
