EASY-TO-USE COLD STORAGE
Ballet REAL Series Cold Storage: The Ballet REAL Series Cold Storage is an offline cold storage card that gives you physical control of your digital assets. It’s a robust stainless steel card with a two-factor cryptographic private key securely concealed under a tamper-evident sticker. On the front side of the card is a QR code showing the wallet’s cryptocurrency deposit address. You can deposit crypto to your REAL Series cold storage simply by scanning the QR code with your current wallet and sending whatever amount you want. No setup is required; it’s ready to use right out of the box.
The Ballet Crypto app is the digital companion for your physical REAL Series Cold Storage. The app and the physical card work together to provide the convenience of a software wallet with the security of an offline cold storage. In the app you can monitor and manage multiple cards through a seamless visual interface. It includes all the essential functions of a software wallet as well as the ability to buy and swap crypto assets.

1. The primary account deposit address is shown on the QR code sticker. You can instantly deposit the primary account cryptocurrency to your Ballet cold storage by scanning the QR code with your other wallets.
Deposit addresses for the other 200+ coins and 60+ NFT collections we currently support can be found in the Ballet Crypto app after you have scanned your card’s QR code and added it to the app.
2. Do NOT peel off the QR code sticker or remove the scratch-off until you are ready to send or swap crypto.
3. Do NOT dispose of the QR code sticker after you have peeled it off; put it back on the card to conceal the yellow encrypted private key sticker.
4. Ballet products are manufactured using a patented two-factor key generation (2FKG) process that utilizes the BIP38 open-source standard. The two-factor private key on each Ballet cold storage is composed of a wallet passphrase (No. 6) and an encrypted private key (No. 7). The encrypted private key and passphrase are both required in order to send or swap crypto.
5. The Ballet Crypto app does NOT store your card’s private key on your device. The BIP38 two-factor private key (composed of an encrypted private key and passphrase) is stored on the physical Ballet cold storage itself, and nowhere else.
6. REAL Series cold storage is sold without any cryptocurrency stored on it.

基本的な原理は「他人に作ってもらったペーパーウォレット」です。公開鍵のシールを剥がすと秘密鍵が露出するようになっているので、剥がさない限り引き出す事はできません。他のウォレットにも言える事ですが、製造過程で秘密鍵が記録あるいは漏洩していない事を信用するかどうかでこの製品への信頼性は大きく変わります。自分は取引所からの緊急避難先として買ったので一定の安心感は得ています。

Der Anbieter besitzt sowohl euren Public wie auch Private Key und kann damit jederzeit euer Konto leer räumen. Bitte erst einmal belesen, wie die Paper Wallet funktioniert und worauf acht gegeben werden muss.

I bought these to give as graduation gifts because they made the process sound easy, especially for someone who has no cryptocurrency experiencing who is gifting to people with no cryptocurrency experience. When I would get to the last step in adding bitcoin to one of the wallets (I tried on 2 of the 3) using the Wyre option to process the payment, I would get a "sorry, something went wrong" error. I went through the link listing all of the reasons as to why that could happen, including calling my bank to make sure they weren't blocking it, and none of the reasons applied to me. I communicated, via email, to Ballet's customer service dept. over 2+ weeks time. Their response time was slow, with days in between responses, and their support was ineffective. I then reached our to Wyre. I was able to talk to a customer service agent, who also agreed that none of the usual reasons that I'd be having problems process my payment applies to me, and said they'd open a ticket and have someone get back to me. Days later, I received an email listing the same reasons as to why I might be having trouble with my payment. It's probably an easy fix, but the customer service with Ballet and Wyre were not helpful and very frustrating. I am returning the product and bummed as it seemed like such a fun gift idea.

Im digitalen Zeitalter eine analoge Wallet. Ich bin kein Fan von undurchsichtigen PC Wallets. Das positive an dieser Wallet ist, dass der private Key darauf gespeichert ist. Letztendlich ist es wie eine Scheckkarte. In Verbindung mit der Ballet App eine geniale Sache. Die App zeigt lediglich den Saldo auf der Wallet. Dies passiert mit Hilfe des "public key" der von der Wallet gescannt wird. Wir gehen einmal davon aus, dass der "private key" der App nicht bekannt ist. Ansonsten läuft der Transfer sehr gut. Hab das gleich 3x ausprobiert und geht prima. Gerne möchte ich noch weitere Wallets kaufen, doch aktuell ist alle ausverkauft.
