This pack is ideal for marathon training. Not sure if I would wear it on the day ?!?! But for long runs this is great!

I ordered three hydration backpacks from different brands and styles, and CamelBak was simply perfect. I own another style from the same brand and the quality of the product as well as its functionality, made me decide to get an upgrade on my old CamelBak. The font flexible water bottles are awesome and you can drink from them effortlessly while running. I loved all the compartments that can be use to store gels, keys, ID and in my case, my corrective glasses. In the back, there’s enough room to store a 2Lt water vessel and a few items like a small sweat towel, or even a t-shirt if you need to. You can adjust different straps to fit it comfortably in your body. I was expecting to have some chaffing around my underarms after my long run but surprisingly, I didn’t have any. It doesn’t absorb too much sweat and body odors. Only drawbacks for me is that you have to buy the vessel separately and, I would have loved to have more colorful options to chose from. I would definitely recommend this product and I can say it comparing with the other brands and styles I have previously bought. It worked perfectly for my needs.

Ever since I started losing weight, I have been on the hunt for something like this that would keep my water and essentials (car key, phone, etc.) close to my body while I have started being drawn to trail walks/jogs/runs. Unfortunately, many of the similarly priced running vests come in sizes. For those of you who, like me, tends to oscillate wildly between weights/sizes (thank you pregnancy and emotional eating...) this vest is amazing! Since you can adjust it in the front and behind both arm, you can truly customize the size to hug your curves according to your preference. Plus, Camelbak makes QUALITY items. I tried purchasing some cheapo versions of different packs and water bladder holders, and I keep coming back to Camelbak (no, not sponsored... I WISH).The ONLY negative I see with this pack is the price. It's unnecessarily high. However, I'm considering it an investment because I still have/love/use some Camelbak products that I purchased nearly 10 years ago. Lastly, and maybe this is just me, but seeing this expensive vest sitting in my closet is pretty good motivation for me to get out and go for a run so that I can justify purchasing it.

This is exactly what my wife wanted to help prevent chaffing on shoulder from a normal Camelbak while out on long runs. This is adjustable at the sides and front such that it does not move. It has MANY pouches. This unit does not come with the hydration pack, but does come with two of the soft bottles for the front pocket. The pack is very lightweight and well built as you would expect from Camelbak. It has received compliments from our running friends also looking to upgrading their running game.
