Fraud! I bought the more expensive one that claimed it was 3 x 3.75 x 2. What I received measured 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 x 2 1/4

We originally bought this as a simple onair light. However, we've be using it for all kinds b of applications. They have an SDK so easy to work with. Plus, you can use their software and easily integrate with the standard apps like Teams, Zoom, etc.

I love this product.....but it has a mini USB on the device. i have had a light stop working because the mini USB failed. The connector is so fragile, just be aware. I am not using a short light weight cable on an extension. I secure the extension and keep the cable weight off the mini USB

Unlike the previous status indicator, which was connected directly to the headset base, this one works exclusively via software. However, you need explicit built-in support for each application (GoToMeeting, WebEx, Slack, Teams, etc.) for this, which is missing for most of them, at least on macOS.The advertised cooperation with Plantronics Hub unfortunately does not work to a meaningful extent - the indicator here can show that a headset is connected, but events like "On Call" or "Incoming Call" are unfortunately not registered by the software. Neither Embrava nor Plantronics support have been able to assist in order to make this work.

I had meant to order a staid light to match what my workplace has been deploying, and missed. However, I’m very pleased with my mistake - this appears to offer more flexibility and at a lower cost. It’s bright, the various colors are distinct, and it has ties for all the VoIP and video conferencing software I’ve used (between work, school, and a variety of vendors, that’s more than it should be), including the Plantronics Hub software for my headset. The closest thing to a problem is working out which package is asserting a light at any given time - sometimes I’ll think I’m “available”, but it will blink as if I’m busy or on a call, and I’ll get to spend some time tracking down what is misreporting my status. Maybe someday Microsoft will build an API for this sort of thing.
