I have only tried this on one occasion doing a few timelapse and it seems to be a very well built bit of kit. The evening was relatively calm but I still could see a great improvement on getting stable shots using a canon 100-400mm lens. When I try more stuff in different scenarios I will update review. But so far all seems very good. I am taking off one star as product arrived in a generic bag with a shed load of bubble wrap(good) which just leads to doubts as to how new it actually is. There was no instructions whatsoever with it which I found strange and there is not a lot online to help you either. But all in all very happy with product.
