The wheels roll smoothly, I've never had any issues with the handle raising and lowering, and the handle fits a Joey while maintaining plenty of stability.It's a little bulkier than some of the other options on the market, but that comes with some extra storage space and a higher handle. My previous bag had a smaller footprint, but the handle didn't raise up as high, so it was less comfortable for me to roll around.
