After trying a few other humidifiers, and some from more famous brands, this one is clearly the best and punches above its weight, and price.First, it can quickly change the humidity level of a medium sized room when you need. Even at first power level, the humidity level of our 60 sq meters room went from 38 to 45 in one hour. Doesn't sound crazy but all others took a full day to do the same thing.The fans are not extremely quiet, but very acceptable. The filters/water tank system with a handle is much better thought than all others too.Last thing, the menu and buttons screen is very clear, you don't need the manual to operate it. The remote is a huge bonus, simple and very well done. Timer is there, everything is easy to set up.Totally recommended.

I hadn't heard about this manufacturer when I placed the order but my previous experience with a Philips humidifier was disappointing so I took the risk and bought this humidifier in hopes that it would bring the relative humidity in my 30m2 studio up. All I can say is that I couldn't be more satisfied with the performance.The RH went easily up from 26% to 40% and to my ears it does its job silently. There are 3 fan speeds, and the remote control is intuitive and a huge plus when compared to my old humidifier.The tank capacity is 10L and very easy to fill and clean. As a special note, I noticed that the RH goes up quicker when the tank is full, so don't keep it below medium level.The display can be switched off to keep the room dark during sleep hours.Bonus: the aromatherapy pad is a sweet plus that I just started to use because of this equipment

Ich habe verzweifelt erst mit einem kleinen und dann mit einem großen Markengerät, dass mit V.... anfängt die geringe Luftfeuchtigkeit von 37 Prozent zu erhöhen. Es dauert nicht nur lächerlich lange mit dieser ach so hoch gelobten Marke, sondern es ging auch nie über 53% (mit kleinem Gerät) und 60% (mit großem Gerät- aber auch nur wenn es mal nicht wieder kaputt war). Ich hatte so die Nase voll von der Marke. Ich habe somit den Bewertungen hier vertraut. Und es war eine gute Entscheidung. Dieser Luftbefeuchter hier ist das non plus ultra! Innerhalb einer Nacht hatte ich im 55m2 Wohnzimmer auf einmal 74% Luftfeuchtigkeit und die Fenster waren beschlagen. Soviel wollte ich natürlich nicht, aber ich musste leider auch erst einmal begreifen, dass die Automatik- Funktion tatsächlich nicht funktioniert, wie hier in den Bewertungen beschrieben. Aber egal...das wichtigste von allem klappt! Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit erzeugen! Automatik kann man ja dementsprechend anders einstellen. Ich bin super beeindruckt und mega zufrieden!

After extensive research, I bought this one, and am very happy with it. So far, I’ve found that it meets or exceeds all claims made in its product description.Before getting this one, I spent several weeks researching humidifiers - reading product descriptions, online "expert" reviews, and Amazon customer reviews. I found myself continually eliminating possible purchases due to poor reviews, poor customer service, or my own evaluation of product information and videos. This humidifier seemed to meet all my criteria for price, quality, size, capabilities, warranty, etc, so I decided to give it a try. One of the most compelling reasons I got it was the many customer reviews that mentioned the after-sales support being really good.Overall, I think they have a great product. We have found it to be attractive and well made, easy to use, easy to clean and maintain, quiet at all speeds, and it does a good job of humidifying our approx 425 sq. ft room (with open door). Within a few days of use, our humidity went from the low 30’s to approximately 50 percent, according to two separate hygrometers I placed in the room.USE:Filling is easy - we just dump in a gallon jug of tap water when it looks like it’s getting low.Cleaning it is easy - we wipe the inside with a cloth with some vinegar and rinse off the filter now and then. Although, I should mention, we’ve hardly needed to do very much to keep it clean, since it seems to stay pretty clean on its own (so far). The company says that the interior of tank and filter are treated to resist mildew, algae, and minerals, and so far we’ve found that it seems true.We have not yet tried (or needed) to put the reusable filter in the washing machine. The company says the filter should last 1-2 years, with regular maintenance. (We’ll see.)CUSTOMER SERVICE:Most important to us in the buying decision was customer service. We have found that Jack & Rose has lived up to the excellent customer service mentioned by others. Das Gerät ist leider völlig nutzlos. Wir haben das Gerät aufgrund der geringen Luftfeuchtigkeit von 30% durch die Fußbodenheizung angeschafft. Es passen zwar mehrere Liter Wasser ins Gerät, letztlich sind die Lüfter aber ausschließlich laut und das Ergebnis von 24h Dauerbetrieb zu gering. Die Luftfeuchte stieg um 2% an, was ich eher in den Bereich der Messtoleranz einordne. Die Anleitung ist ungenügend, andernfalls wüsste man, warum nach Einstellung der Zielluftfeuchte das Display immer wieder auf 20 zurück springt. Die Umgebungsluftfeuchte kann damit nicht gemeint sein, die zeigen mehrere externe Messgeräte mit 30-33% an. Ab Zielluftfeuchte 40% laufen die Lüfter auf mittlerer Stufe, die so laut ist, dass es beim Fernsehen stört. Generell darf man von dem Gerät keine Hightech erwarten. Es ist ein Eimer, in dem 2 runde Fließe im Wasser stehen und sich vollsaugen. Darüber sitzt ein Deckel, in dem 2 Lüfter eingebaut sind, welche die "feuchte" Luft nach oben blasen. Ein paar LEDs und eine Billigfernbedienung dazu und das war's . Leider sehr enttäuschend, Gerät geht zurück.

Wir haben einen Altbau mit 4m hohen Decken und große ineinander übergehende Räume. Wir haben viele verschiedene Luftbefeuchter ausprobieret. Dieser hier war der einzige der es geschafft hat, alleine 3 Räume mit insgesamt 100qm von ca. 20% Luftfeuchtigkeit auf stabile 40-44% zu bringen. Einzig der Tank musste 2x täglich gefüllt werden. Dennoch 5/5 und klare Empfehlung.

Works in a 100sqm (1000sqf) apartment. It manages to keep the humidity at 50-55% in the middle of the winter albeit it's on at full power all the time. They say the tank is 8l, it actually fits 10l comfortably and it will last a full 24h at full power. I refill the tank every morning.

Das Gerät kommt gut verpackt mit deutscher Anleitung. Die Installation ist einfach, jedoch sollte man die Matten vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme auswaschen, sonst entwickelt sich eine braune Brühe im Gerät und die Matte saugt die Feuchtigkeit nicht nach oben. Danach befeuchtet das Gerät sehr zügig selbst in Stufe 1. ,aber auch diese ist bedingt durch 2 Lüfter deutlich hörbar in einigen Metern Abstand. Also im Schlafzimmer würde ich ihn nicht dauerhaft betreiben wollen. Die Automatik ist in 5 % Schritten einstellbar auf die Zielfeuchte. Durch die sehr feinfühlige Feuchteanzeige hat die Automatik leider eine Fehlfunktion, da sie bei erreichen der Zielfeuchte schon bei kleinsten Veränderungen laufend Ein- und Ausschaltet und das deutlich hörbar. Leider funktioniert bei mir auch die FB nur im Abstand unter 2 Meter und auch nur wenn sie genau auf das Gerät gerichtet wird. Wahrscheinlich defekt und dem Support gemeldet. Mal sehen was sich tut! An sich wäre das Gerät gut, aber leider machen diese Punkte eine positive Bewertung unmöglich. Je nachdem, was und wie schnell der Support reagiert, werde ich die Bewertung anpassen und über das weitere Vorgehen berichten.Update: Der Support hat ein neues Gerät geschickt. Bei diesem funktioniert die FB einwandfrei. Damit kann man das Gerät nun angenehm bedienen und die Automatikfunktion vermisst man eigentlich nicht mehr. Daher 4 Sterne für einen preiswerten Befeuchter mit vielen Vorzügen und gutem Support. Mit einer gut funktionierenden Automatik wären auch 5 Sterne möglich gewesen!

We have the fan on medium and it evaporates the 2 gallons in 10-12 hours.We ran it last winter 24/7 for 5 months straight and had no issues. We have it in a large 1200-1500 sq ft area and it runs non-stop.The humidity sensor appears to be accurate within 2-3% if the fans are running and the unit is kept 2-3 feet away from any walls. When the fans are not running it may read 52% when it's actually 42%. Don't know why. This makes the auto feature useless.Cleaning is simple as all the components easily pull out of the base. We use tap water and find we only need to clean the base and filters once a month.For the wicking filters we leave them on the support frames and simply use some diluted CLR in a bucket. We let them soak for 30 minutes and then rinse them well.We might buy another except for the fact that the price has really jumped from the $191.99CAD we paid last year. Much too pricey now. As of this review it was listed at only $149.99US on Amazon.com.

The humidifier was great while it worked, but did stop working.The electronic (top part) of the device is defective. I've not had it for long. However, the customer service was outstanding! I did get a no hassle full refund which is very much appreciated. Thank you for caring about your customers and product. Awesome Business!
