Tengo unos cuantos modelos de gumpla de distintos grados. Este es, sin duda, el de peor calidad de construcción de los que poseo; aún siendo un RG.Las uniones de los brazos al tronco se salen del sitio con solo mirarlas, algunas piezas se rompen al tercer movimiento, las hombreras tienen demasiada holgura, el sistema de sujeción del escudo no funciona como debería...Tuve que pegar uno de los enganches de los sables superiores lo cual inutilizó el poder desplegar las alas del core fighter interior...El modelo en sí está bien, es barato para ser un RG, pero es un mírame, no me toques y ve con ojo al montarlo.

Classico Bandai Model Kit. Da costruire senza l'utilizzo di colla, incastrando a dovere i pezzi tra di loro, seguendo lo schema di montaggio. I pezzi sono di plastica colorata. Contiene adesivi per dare al modellino un maggior senso di realtà. Per il montaggio, suggerisco di munirsi di piccole tronchesi da modellismo, carta vetrata molto fine, bisturi da modellismo e trapanino da modellismo. Non adatto a bambini, secondo me, e per i ragazzi, si consiglia la supervisione di un adulto, in quando con gli strumenti ci si può tagliare, almeno fino a quando non si è certi che il "modellista in erba" non abbia acquisito le giuste tecniche di lavoro. Ottimo passatempo. E' ovviamente possibile dipingere il modello, ma consiglio di farlo solo ai modellisti esperti. D'altra parte, anche senza dipingerlo, ha lo stesso il suo fascino.

I am not a model builder and do not have the patience for it. I know that most model builders are in it for the process and the final product. I just want the final product and it definitely did not disappoint. I collect the Gundam Robot Spirits series by Bandai and I could not find the RX-78GP01 figure in their lineup. I did not look forward to building this model but it came together easily and is actually quite durable. It's fully poseable and comparable in size to the Robot Spirit figures. I did not paint it but it looks great without any paint at all. There are a combination of red, yellow, clear, white, dark grey, translucent pink (for the sabers and rifle fire) pieces in the model. The structural pieces (the dark grey ones under the exterior white, red, and blue pieces are amazing. The elbow and knee joists are preassembled and provide 180 degree motion of those areas. A very high quality model for a very decent price. It's easily 1/3 of the price of a Robot Spirits figure. I would highly recommend it if you're a Gundam fan.

I just love the RG line of Gundam model kits, you get the HG size (so lots of room for more items to display on your shelf) but you get PG/MG quality details and markings. I also love the fact that the inner frame parts are so simple to put together. This kit looks badass, and will pair perfectly with it's counter part, the other GP01.
