Utilizzo già tempo una lota come questa ma da 500 ml anziché 300 ml. Lo ritengo un prodotto indispensabile, se correttamente usato, per chi pratica apnea o semplicemente per la pulizia dei seni nasali.Il prodotto arriva in una scatola compatta e avvolta nella plastica trasparente sigillata. Packaging ottimo in termini igienici e poi sono riportate in maniera esaustiva tutte le informazioni riguardanti il prodotto.L’utilizzo è semplice: basta versarci dentro dell’acqua calda (37°C circa) e una bustina da 2.7 grammi di sale inclusa (non è classico sale da cucina, in totale riceverete 40 bustine). Quando si fanno i lavaggi bisogna rilassarsi, non respirare attraverso il naso, non tenere il fiato, non strizzare la lota, ma semplicemente premere il pulsante sul fondo che apre la valvola facendo entrare l’aria. L’acqua con il sale raggiunge i seni nasali entrando da una narice e poi uscendo dall’altra.Questa lota ha dimensioni compatte perché è da 300 ml, dimensioni perfette direi perché posso portarla in viaggio con me e mi basta mettere il beccuccio all’interno del corpo della lota insieme a qualche bustina per occupare meno spazio possibile. Il corpo è fatto in materiale di grado medico, BPA free. Nel complesso ottima.La lota non va utilizzata se si hanno otiti o forti raffreddori. E’ un prodotto personale, quindi non andrebbe “condiviso” con altre persone. Va conservato in un posto ben ventilato e pulito, deve essere sempre sciacquata e asciugata per bene dopo l’utilizzo.

Die Nasendusche sowie das Nasenspülsalz und zwei Aufsätze sind im Lieferumfang enthalten. Die Nasendusche kann ein Inhalt von 300 ml fassen, daher sind die Nasenspülsalz Päckchen auch nicht wie sonst 2,5 g, sondern hier mit 2,7 g befüllt.Da ich momentan erkältet bin habe ich natürlich die Nasendusche gleich testen können. ich habe schon eine Nasendusche zu Hause aber die ist etwas anders aufgebaut. Daher war ich ja auch sehr neugierig wie das mit den längeren Hals funktioniert und was soll ich sagen es funktioniert richtig gut. Irgendwie macht diese Nasendusche mehr Druck...ich kann es gar nicht richtig beschreiben.Schade ist es eigentlich nur, dass durch den längeren Hals ich nicht richtig sehen kann, wieviel schon aus der Nasendusche an Wasser raus ist, da ich auf Hälfte immer das Nasenloch wechsle. aber das ist eigentlich kaum erwähnenswert.Ich kann die Nasendusche wirklich empfehlen. Der Aufbau ist wirklich gut und der Druck, der entsteht ist angenehm und reinigend zu gleich.Gerade in den kälteren Jahreszeiten oder bei Leuten die empfindlich reagieren bei Pollenflug o.ä. ist eine Nasendusche eigentlich Standard und gehört zu jedem Haushalt dazu.

Got this to help with reactions to my food intollerances.Mostly post nasal drip and sinus headaches.I have tried a mini teapot type washer (netti pot) before which does work but is awkward to use I think, because of the shape.This nasal irrigator bottle is shaped so you can push the end over your nostril and squirt the stuff through.You need to be in the bathroom or over a basin and your head to one side else its likely to just squirt into your throat or out onto your clothing.Salt sachets are individually sealed which is nice as you get the right ratio of salt to water, easily.The bottle is 300ml and uses one sachet of salt.You are advised to use warm water not cold or hot.Dont squeeze the bottle!!!If you get ready with your bottle and one of the ends(theres a 4 hole gentler end and a one hole stronger flow ) then lean forwards and poke the end over a nostril and press the button on the bottom of the bottle gently, you can adjust the tilt of your head until you are feeling water dripping out of the other nostril. Dont sniff and do keep you mouth open to breathe. Then proceed as long as you want to.I do each nostril and I dont use the whole bottle of liquid.With practice its quick and easy to do and doesnt make you all wet.You might get a bit of a 'top of the nose sensation' (like burping after soda and some going up your nose) but its very mild and not constant.This does Work quite well when I feel a sinus reaction coming on. clears it enough to be able to go to sleep.Its best to use it on yourself as you can tell how much you are irrigating and adjust .You could use the 4 hole for a child but its harder to gauge the effect, a 10 year old could do it themselves quite easily .Give your nose a good ,not too volatile blow before and then after.Easier than a Netti pot and less unpleasant than sniffing salt water.I dont usually buy special salts but it was nice to try some.For me, table salt works fine so I shall be using that after the sachets run out.Comes with salt sachets, 2 squirter lids and a lid cover.

Normalmente hemos usado el típico limpiador nasal mediante jeringa, pero éste con forma de cuerno ha funcionado muy bien.Es muy útil ya que permite mediante el enjuague de la cavidad nasal con una solución salina que incluye, tener un gran nivel de higiene y no es tan aparatoso como la jeringa y no solo para tratar a los niños, sino también se puede utilizar en adultos, para tratar sinusitis, taponamiento por alergia o cuando se nos tapa la nariz cuando nos resfriamos. Incluye todo lo necesario para varias dosis y he visto que se puede ir adquiriendo solución salina del mismo modelo también por aquí.Se puede desarmar y es fácilmente lavable (incluso en lavavajillas). Compra recomendada.

Ich hatte mich für die Nasendusche entschieden, weil meine Nase immer trocken ist. Sie wurde mit 2 Aufsätzen geliefert. Das schöne ist, dass die Spülung angenehm durchläuft. Das Nasenspülsalz ist angenehm, um die Nase zu regenerieren.Die Anleitung (siehe Fotos) ist nur bedingt hilfreich, weil sie mehrsprachig eng geschrieben ist. Die deutsche Kurzanleitung bei Amazon in der Artikelbeschreibung ist da hilfreicher. Flasche über Kopf und unten den Knopf reindrücken und schon läuft die Spülung durch.Alles in allem hilfreich und einfach in der Anwendung. Gut für Allergiker, Pollen und für die innere Nasenpflege geeignet.Vielen Dank, dass Du Dir die Zeit genommen hast meine Rezension zu lesen.
