Projects were primarily household items that could be created or refurbished. This was not a bad thing as I knew what to expect.

This is a very basic book, it is good illustrated but it is nothing special. I have noticed some Japanese books (written in Japanese) with plenty of illustrations that are better than these books. It is not a problem that they are in Japanese since the illustrations and step-by-steps pictures are great.

Regardless of your creativity, you can always use another's perspective and this provides just such a view. Really enjoyed it and will keep if for reference.

ok book with nice pictures, some of the projects are good but most of them are a bit complicated and not very useful items, some nice bags in the back though
